RIP Amber

It was a very difficult decision but we decided that the best option for Amber was to have her put to sleep.
She caught a meningitis virus which lead to part of the nerves in her spine to become dead.
She had no bowel control and were paralysed in her back legs and tail.
We agreed with the vet that it was not fair on her or any quality of life for a young energetic 10 month staffy.

Here's Ambers story...

She was born 25 November 2008, one of our friends/breeder suggested that she was the one for us, and we agreed on meeting her.



We took her home when she was eight weeks and she fitted in immediately.




Tewdwr loved her just as much as we did.


And we will never forget her


She kept our feet warm at night


And even when she was ill she still managed to smile


RIP Amber, at least you can run free now.
You will be sorely missed by your family and everyone who met you.
You meant so much to us. xxx

Im an Exeter University Geography BA graduate working for one of the main highstreet banks.

I loving cooking and if i could afford it i would stay at home and be a good house wife and have lots of dogs. However, i have to work to pay the bills, so only two dogs for me.

Normally you'll find me either out drinking and dancing or at home with a hangover. Here's me this morning.


I always try to stay positive and look on the bright side of life. I feel that everything happens for a reason, and that you should live your life to the full.

People who wanna have fun.

People who dont like staffys or who look at me because i've got Tewdwr off the lead.

Men who live their lives around the schedule of football games even when they dont support the team.
