Hey there from Glasgow and welcome. Glad you're doing your research about Staffs first as they have their issues. Tho,speaking as a mum of 3 being with kids is not one of them. the books i have read say not for inexperienced owners- that is basically cos they need lots of time and effort to train and a puppy can take up to 2/3 years to be a reliable dog.

i considered getting a rescue dog but  a lot of rescues won't home with young children in house. Doesn't mean  you can't but a longer search maybe.

For KC in Scotland I think Blazingstaff have a great rep. I know my pups sister might be available but she is way down in England. Anyway if you're after a pup I guess you want a baby one!
