Did anyone else see last night "The One Show"? and the opening debate regarding the Dangerous Dogs Act!!!
I am ABSOLUTELY livid with the BBC for this, please watch the above link............... They are talking about Pit Bulls, and (This is what i fking hate!!!) "Pit Bull TYPE!!!" breeds......... Yet all they showed was SBT's.......... Is it me or are documentories supposivly factual even now getting things wrong...... In my opinion the BBC opened a major can of worms for themselves last night because i was certainly offended as an owner, and i imagine u guys will be once you watch the link.
I am totally sick and tired of the same old sh*t!! Staffords are not PIT BULLS!!!! are these people a bunch of morons or what! can't they see the remarkable differences between the two breeds?? The BBC is supposed to keep people inform by telling truths but that tv programme is a load of bullsh*t! and do you know what is worse?? that most people who watched it probably believed it! so what chance do Staffords have???!! they have no chance, as long as there are programmes like these on public tv Staffords will always be looked at as dangerous dogs. OMG! THAT IS SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH!!!!
hi i saw it last nite i couldnt belive what i was hearing WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP COMEING OUT HIS MOUTH ,like the woman said on there you ban pits and staffs its not going to stop people being bite is it it just get worse,i bet they never had a staff so how can they juge our dogs,what gets me what about the small dogs they the worse so why dont they show how many people they bite and kill cause it will way out all the big dogs that have biten,9 times out 10 its not the dogs fault its the kids,i do feel sorry for a child to be biten not nice one bit,i a agree with keeping dogs on leads at all timesand have a dog park so we can let them off that be so much better,im so pissed off with its all ways our dogs that come out bad all the time not fair on them and us who love them to bits,lisa i would report that twat the will be ok he should have a dog gives us a bad name and most of all our lovely dogs ,i hate people like that trying to look hard cause they got a staff whats f twats, helga sky puppys nanook mya ,i would mind doing this

omg! just watched that clip. what a load of twaddle. i am so annoyed after watching it. 'pit bull types' what the hell is that man on about - wonder what dog he has got?or has he ever owned a dog!! I agree that dogs need to be on a lead in public places unless you are in a specific 'dog park' where they are allowed legally to run free. Owners must be made responsible for their animals. Maybe having a license to be a dog owner would be an idea?! only dog lovers would then be owners and not those that use them as status symbols and such like. I must admit i have never had an incident where any of my dogs have been aggressive to another dog or human when outside but i have had NUMEROUS incidents from other dogs (of all breeds but mainly small pedigree dogs specifically yorkies!!) on my dogs! ggggggrrrrrrrrrr feeling a little bit angry
