Well my little baby is home safe and sound, the op went really well and since getting home she has got comfy on her cushion and has not moved, i was expecting a bit of whining from her as i know the anaesthetic can make them do this but not a sound she is fast asleep, Bless. I was a bit shocked i was expecting all the head gear but she only has a plaster covering her stitches so that was a relief.
Now just get to get the crate back up, we do not use it indoors anymore as she sleeps with us, i think that will go be going down like a lead balloon

She will soon get back to normal just keep an eye on her and dont let her chew her stitches (like lilia did!). Give it a week and you will realise you did the right thing. 26/05/2009 20:01:53 Aww so pleased Skye is home safe and sound. V did a lot of sleeping the day of her op and the following day, then started bucking up big time! Venus didn't have a plaster, she was just painted blue lol I'm sure she will make a speedy recovery, and will be back on your bed in no time.
