Hi Lee, did your two get on right from the word go, or did you have to adopt some softly softly tactics when you first brought Reenie home? If you leave them alone are they seperated at all by crate or gate? I ask as I have read several people have had fights break out while they are trying to sort out their pecking order I suppose. Had Arfur been 'done' before Reenie came home? Hope you don't mind all the questions, These are all things that are on my mind when I think about getting another pup. Toby will be around 17.5 mths when we are able to get another puppy, and I do worry. Thanks for your time, speak soon x

Hi Lyyne actually they gone on fine right away, really suprised me i knew Arfer would be ok as he has got a great nature and likes other dogs. And funnily enough Arfer went in today to be done. And as for keeping them apart at the moment they both sleep together in the same bed at night but during the day we do keep them apart when we are at work, they are only alone for about 3 1/2 hours but over the next few days we are going to try leaveing them together, now that Arfer has been done. Hope this helps. Lee

Oh bless em both! Im glad Arfur is looking after her. Like you i cannot believe anyone could abandon any animal. I know puppies can be a handful but you know it will get better and just persevere with it not chuck them out. At least she has a loving home now and she will soon settle in and not be nervous. Look after them both. x

Hi Lee, well done! They were worth waiting for. Arfer and Reenie are great dogs. Love the picture of Arfur and Callan they look like great mates! How does Arfur like his little sister? She is so cute how could anyone not want her?

Hi Arfer absolutely loves her we bought her a new bed but she sleeps in the bed with Arfer, and it's beyond me how anyone could abandon a dog let alone a little staffie girl. She is still a little bit nervous but getting better and just a tad skinny but that's easily sorted.

Hi Lee, if you don't mind me asking, how old was Arfer when you had Reenie? We want to get a bitch, but have made arrangements to go away at Christmas, and can't expect anyone to look after two for us, and I won't put Toby in kennels, so we have to leave it till next year. Toby will be about 16/17 mths then. I would have prefered to get another one while Toby is so young, but needs must out. Speak soon, Lynne x
