We have two major updates for you today.

You can now get Staffyclub alerts straight to your desktop.

This new tool will alert you on your desktop every time you get new Club messages, comments, friend requests and more.

Simply unzip the file then install on your PC. With the many spam problems online today and non-deliverability of emails it’s important that you install this new message centre.

You may also want to turn off email alerts from your settings page once you have this up and running. Unless you want email alerts and desktop alerts.

Now you will INSTANTLY be notified everytime you get a new Club Message.

You can also access chat straight from the desktop tool.

The second new development is that your friends can now view all your club activity from your profile page http://www.staffyclub.com/YOURUSERNAME in a new feature called ‘My Activity Feed‘

The settings for this new feature are on your account page. You can disable it if you like and also set it to show only to your friends or everyone.

Watch out for future club developments.

Staffyclub Forum Revamped and Upgraded

I have just totally revamped the forum at Staffyclub.

This will make it much more user friendly loads of new features.

It will take you a little while to familiarise yourself with the new structure but you’ll get there.

I plan to restructure the categories a little over the coming hours/days.

I will also be adding another cool Staffyclub member feature soon. It’s a secret but I’ll announce it over the next week or so.

On another front we will soon be launching our first Staffyclub competition.

It’s gonna be a photo comp and we’ll announce all the details very soon.

Staffyclub Stats for Today

The site is getting busier. Many days we are getting 10 new members or more and many of those are becoming Gold and VIP members. Remember, we haven’t even made it to the top of the search engines yet. Once that happens, then you will really see this membership explode.

I see a lot of people over at our Staffy forum have been linking their banner to their Staffyclub pages. It would really help if they put a link to their pages as well, or some text above the banner asking members to click them,  because many members don’t know that the banners are linked to their pages and so do not click them.

You should also post links to your personal Staffyclub pages on your Myspace or any of your other membership sites.

Don’t forget too that these pages are YOURS so feel free to link from them to your other sites, or products/services that you recommend. We want you to get the most from this membership.
