oh dear thats so sad im crying so much,how could you thats so right isnt it,thats made me so sad to see that that poor girl its so not fair

when the shelter have to put the animal sleep, do they inform to the ex-owners?

I think they should, even they don't have currant ownership, they still have responsibility as the one who took the animal there and should know what happened to all those animals in the end.

They should face up to the fact " you killed them" .  and Should live with the fact. not acknowledging their death is just try not to feel the guilt. I think they should know and feel  the pain when their animal have to put to sleep as the last responsibility of ownership.


...but if you do that, people might just let the dog or cat dump somewhere. what a cruel world.
 

Omg I can't stop tears from running down my face  poor dogs....
Even though this has reduced me to tears I am glad I have watched it cos it reminds me of my commitment to my two dogs (who, by the way, have been licking the tears off my face for the last 15 minutes).  My dogs are my kids and as my kids I will never make any decisons in my life that will affect them in a bad way.  Both are so important to me.  I hate people who abandon dogs like that, they are heartless evil b*stards! and hope that one day they feel what it is to be alone, cold, lonely and hopeless!

That is so sad, it is very very emotive and every body taking a dog to shelter should read it and feel the guilt. Maybe its too easy to hand them over.
I will love my dogs right until the very last second I have with them. x

OMG that was heartbreaking, i could neva imagine doing that to my babies, they are not just my pets they are my life, they make me smile everyday, they also make me cross sometimes but thats part of what makes them who they are, i have 4 kids and i luv my dogs as much as i do them, (even though the kids say i luv the dogs more lol)
they are spoilt soo much and i couldnt imagine being with out them, they are part of my family and always will be, i dont know how id get through the day with out them.

Hi,well i read this an hour ago and its taken till now to pull my silly self together cus im a real softy when it comes to animals and reading about just how much people put their dog at the bottom of their importance list,its truely heartbreaking just how some people dispose their dogs like unwanted rubbish and i really do think that the ex owner should be informed of the inevitable murder of their "once beloved pet"it completly infuriates me how people use the pathetic excuse "im having a baby" it totally disgusts me that cus a baby is on its way thast the dog no longer is their baby,the other one "we're moving" well would you move into a 1 bedroom flat if you had 3 kids? ofcourse you would'nt so why move to somewhere that your animals could not go its just a cowards way of shifting the blame and anyone who does this in my book are just lieing to themselves and cannot face the fact that they have let their pet down. 

omg you have to have a hard heart not to cry at this .
now i know why my dad always has rescue dogs.

i cud neverr do that to any dog let alone mine!!! :'(


i wish i had a bigger house!  or my OWN rescue center :( really wish i could do more you know???

OMG its sosad I couldn't stop crying. I agree with Jay I wish I  could open my own shelter.  I do  want to move abroad one day if poss but would NEVER goeven if the oppertunity arose if my animals couldn't go with me.
