I made a litre of staffy oil a while ago. It works great definitley see improvement. I was wondering if it was jsut as good to give cod liver oil capsules 2-3 times a week instead of making a whole mix of staffy oil....

The staffy oil is:
500ml Extra Virgin Oil 125ml Sunflower Oil 125ml Cod Liver Oil 125ml Flaxseed or Linseed Oil 125ml Wheatgerm Oil |

I just buy the 1000 mg flaxseed capsules at the health food store and they get 1 per day. I get no end of comments on their coats and condition, and it's so easy to just drop 1 cap right in their food.

I give my dogs 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil each per day.

Can someone tell me if this linseed oil, is the one builders use, my husband gets the raw version of this, i think to mix putty (may be wrong) but is this the one raw linseed, or does this need to be treated or processed before you can use it in staffy oil?
