Sorry to those members who have sent me messages that I haven't replied to, I didn't realise they were there, all except Soverenstaff who sent me a message because I don't agree with him over training. I don't know about anyone else but this should have been put on the board, especially as I am blocked from replying to him/her.
One of the things I love about these boards is everyones different ideas, we all have different experiences and handled them differently. It is only by swopping ideas, we don't have to agree with them, that we learn. I have learnt a lot from Soverenstaff but I don't think I will bother with their posts again if they don't have the guts to put it on the board that they disagree with me and have a good discussion on it.
We are here because of our love of Staffies, just because I disagree with someone doesn't mean I am right or wrong, I could be both. It doesn't mean that someone can disagree with me they are right or wrong, they could be both.
Dogs and owners are all individuals, different methods works for different dogs and people. What will work for someone today may work for someone else tomorrow. We should be learning from each other not sending messages attacking them then blocking them replying.
I am sorry I have had to put this up here, I hate any form of under handedness and to me that is what this is.
We should all remember that often how we read posts is different to how they were meant to come over. We can't see each other to read their body language, what may appear to be an attack, may in fact be someone trying to put into words something in a way that is not attacking but they are trying too hard. A commar in the wrong place can change a sentence from a nice, friendly one to an attacking one. |
