Do not buy off them!
I bought a harness and a spring pole on 6th january and never recieved them, cost me over £60, have been ebay messaging, then emailing their customer address which states they will reply in 24 hours and never recieved a reply to any of my emails, then phoned the customer service number, and it's a random dudes house! so scam alert everyone, don't buy off Mega-Pet-City |

if its insured through paypal claim it with them ... you get your money back if they cant get a hold of them |

i have used this company and had some dog tags from them and to be honest it did take ages for them to come now to think about it plus they were the wrong size but i did not complain cus they sent me the more expensive ones at no extra cost,thanks for leeting us know will not use them again,keep pestering them and keep your fingers crossed they will send your items out.best of luck.x

i ordered a leather harness for tia for when she grows out of this one she has now and it took 4 weeks to arrive and it was in red when i asked for black but it is a good quality harness, the only issues i had was it wasnt the one i asked for(colour) and it took 4 weeks to come and they wernt very good with communication as in replies when i was e mailing them. i didnt try contact through telephone so i dont know about the dodgy number

i bought a ceck collar and braided lead from mpc it arrived quicly and am pleased hope you get your product /or money back, i hate bad costomer relations
