My 4 week old pups have started eating each others poo! They are having 4 meals a day and are only with mum at night as she really doesnt want them pulling her to pieces anymore. Ive just seen one eating it as its leaving the other ones bum!! Im not sure if they all do it but 2 definately are. Im changing their paper every half hour so its never left in with them for long. Any advice?? |

Pups generaly eat there own poo because its carrying a lot of nutrients through I would speak to your vet and ask if he knows of a dog food that is still going to have enough protein in it but less than they are curently getting.
Hope it helps. |

hi,
my pup did exactly the same! gave him some tablets that i got from a pet shop but this was a waste of money! spoke to the vet and they told me that lennox was doing it because he always got a reaction from me after. so i literally said NO and then picked up the rest of the poo and after a few weeks he stopped! |
