what is the general size of a staffordshire puppy of abotu 10 weeks and weight i know his weight is 6 kg's got him vacinated today i do have a staffy that is 2.5 years old but i had an accident and got amensia so i have no idea of what she looked lke before 14 months old. just curious if i brought a real staffy

i will post a pic of him tomorrow this time maybe you can judge for me he looks like staffy in the face but seems to be all legs is spose to be an english staffy

There is no tried and true rule on what size a pup should be at what age. The runt can end up being the biggest of its siblings and the biggest can end up just average. So many grow at different rates at different stages it is too hard to monitor. The only way you can determine the average outcome of what size he should finish at is by the ancestors in the pedigree. Without the ancestors to go by its all up to chance.

well he sure does look like a staffy and acts like a staffy 

it is just his legs are long but not to long i guess he is purebread cause the guy has had a lot of good reviews

terry kempt from temora nsw is the guy i got him from

ill get some batterys for my camera and take some pics off them

the new boy kulpunya is an interesting redish tiger brindle he has no black feet or white feet no black mask no white on chest he is tiger brindle right through

Just to add that all pups go through a gangly stage where the legs can appear too long and ears sometimes look huge and you're sure they will never grow into them. Because they all grow at a different rate this stage can start earlier in some and sometimes last longer. These dogs generally tend to finish later with some not reaching their full mature look until the age of 2 years or later. Most will balance out in the end. Males tend to go through this more often than females.

my pup apollo is just over 10 wks old at the moment and he is a bit leggy at the moment i know hes a pure staff as hes one of my pups so i know the lines. when i had my girl as a pup i remeber her been a bit on the small side but she soon grew into her body and in my eyes she is the best looking stafford you will see...... (not really bias)....  .

ty for the info i keep forgetting to get battrys for my camera to take a pic but he sure does act like a staffy and he is the first staff i've seen with pure tiger brindle no break to it all feet are tiger brindle no white on chest no black mask just tiger brindle right through
