Hiya, i feed Storm James wellbeloved. he has a mix of the dry and wet stuff together. a couple of times a week he has some pilchards mixed in with it. a friend of mine was giving his lil pup some cheap food and she wasnt gaining any weight. i put him onto what we use and he noticed a big diff in just a couple of weeks, weight and coat wise. |

wellbeloved is good, purina beta puppy is a good compromise up2 about 15 months. ive used butchers and personally i dont think its as bad as some people say! i found it fine tbh. if you go tp pets at home say, the clue is in the price of 15kg bags. stuff at £9.99 i avoid for example. i think purina beta is £37 and i rate it. you can use it on its own and i give mine oily fish 2-3 times a week on top. works well for me. tbh if you have no probs i wouldnt change your food just because someone doesnt rate it.

hi, if you do change foods, do it gradually. this way it wont upsett the pup so much. mix it with the other food, each time adding more new stuff and less old. |

another vote for JWB here...also consider Wainwrights (PAH own brand) which is pretty good and quite a bit cheaper if budget is important.
