Looking for Staffy in New Year

Hi all....

I am presently in contact with a wonderful genuine breeder of Staffs who has a litter due on 24/12/2008.  I'm in regular email contact, and have access to a Blog that they have set up.  They are aware that I'm after a bitch but as this is my first I'm acutely aware that it is all dependent on the 'make up' of the litter.  One bitch is already accounted for so I don't want to put all of my eggs in one basket.

Does anyone have contact details, whether this be email, phone, website, blogs and so on, of any breeder in the North West England area that may have a litter due early in the New Year.

Thanks for reading.

TRY K9, PETS4HOMES,PRELOVED.these are all online pet advertisements.the best of these adverisement is you can see the litter in the pictures plus see if they have any females to save wasting your time ringing adverts with only males.is there any reason you dont want a boy staff?well good luck finding your perfect pet but also if theres a litter where you have to travel to see them it is sometimes worth the journey, all my litter are all over England cus a good staff is worth a bit of a drive.keep us informed if you find your new best friend.

Log onto champdogs.co.uk they give a list of breeders in any area you are looking for. I have also been on two websites which are excllent Kaiserstaff and Blazingstaff. Kaiser has posted that they are planning a mating in early 2009 and Blazing staffs in Scotland have a litter due 26-12-08. Have seen Blazingstaffs dogs and they are amazing. Hope this helps

Thanks for your replies so far.  I was actually put in contact with breeder via Champdogs (http://www.champdogs.co.uk/stud-dog/3572.html).  This is actually the mum to be.

These will be my first choice provided there are sufficient bitches in the litter.

Why not if there is nothing in this litter for you wait untill they breed thier next litter, it sometimes pays to sit and wait on a breeders list.
Why rush out and get a stafford from another breeder if you would rather a pup from them?
Alport dogs imo are very nice and very consistant in type and I personally would sit and wait for a pup.
