He is nine weeks old and has a long road ahead of him, but is a chirpy chappy. Sat on by his mum in early life he has problems with his back and ribs, but no-one told him that and he is coming on in leaps and bounds literally!

Zeb is gorgeous  What a pity he got sat on, poor little thing. What kind of problems does he have exactly? Will it affect him as he grows up? I can't stop looking at him, he's got such a cheeky little face

Editted to say I've just found a thread about him that I'm about to read

Been to the vets and they say it may be brith defect or injury but at this stage he is too young for any tests. His back is fused at points and his rib cage is, well.....just odd so he is off all treatment to see how he goes with good diet excersize and hydrotherapy. He was really not impressed with having his first vaccination done first time I have ever heard him yelp. Going to let him grow a bit and see how he does with his disability in three days he went from barely standing to managing to get a good speed up in an unagainly run so hopefully we can give him a chance.
I know the attitudes on disabled animals are divided, my parents are definately in the pts camp. If I felt it was comprimising his welfare or state of mind I would definately talk to the sanctuary who I foster him for  about the situation but he is a happy outgoing pup who is interested and active so for now he deserves every chance I can give him.

Well two doses of metacam missed on vets advice and he was getting much wobblier looks like there is some pressure on his spine back to vets after chriatmas for x-rays :( There was a thread about him but it was removed as mods could not check the validity of fundraising requests so decided to remove it which i totally understand. Zeb is going to be clocking up some vets bills but I hope to fundraise to help to the rescue cover his costs.
We will see what the future holds for him he will always have a foster place here while he needs it and wll always be supported by the rescue who is overseeing his care.

He sounds like a happy wee pup even with his ailments. Its a shame after being off his meds that he's started to feel wobbly again. Best wishes with your fundraising and I hope he's able to get whatever he needs to get a chance at life.
