Ahh, what those flat chews, they can choke on them really easy, they chew them down then try to swallow them, they get stuck in the back of the throat. i had two of my dogs choke on them now i dont use them, i use the rolled chews.
Hi Julie, thanks very much for your comments. I know what you mean about the flat chews. I had them both almost choking on them! On the picture you refer to Harley is having a go at a hollow bone with some stuff inside them, it is not chewy. Thanks for the advice, I have read before in your page and since then I have stopped using them! By the way Harley is being as fussy as ever before. He is driving me round the bend! I haven't started your diet yet as I am still collecting all the ingredients. He doesn't eat dry food (understandable), nature diet, etc... I have been cooking mince meat with sweetcorn and peas and now he is not eating that either!! arrgghh! The thing is that he knows I get upset and the more upset I get the less he eats! I am just worried he is not eating all the nutrients that a puppy needs! I am using your oil mix already and Muffin is eating her food really well, Harley only at times! I must start your recipes asap!! take care x elena
