Hi Rach, its all been a bit mad here really - to stressed out with too much work but hey! Friday night dont you just love em (well not really cos i gotta work tomorrow!) but that wont get in the way of a girl and her chuckle head! Are you leaving your poor innocent dogs home alone again with wayne? Hid the bottles lol. Im so glad Harveys eye is better he will look even more handsome if thats possible! Poor Jester at least it was a positive outcome althought you both worried about it no doubt. One quiet dog out of three tonight make the most of it  I know its not nice but it is funny when they fall asleep like that you gotta see the funny side of it. Its business as usual here except Lilias behaviour has gone back about 6 months and likes to jump up at me and grab whatever she can when we are walking so its back to taking a water squirter with me and shes lost the ability to walk nicely on the lead! Ive never known a dog with so much energy - tonight we went out for a 3 1/2 mile walk but she must have done twice as much as me when we got home i was doing some work i bought home and she was playing with her bone, toys and boomer ball in the garden and its was pitch black. About 9 o clock i sat down and she sat down for a while but shes still full of it now! Chucklehead is still there (just) cant remember if i told you a chap at work wanted some and wanted to split the delivery cost so it seemed rude to not have another 20 litres  - better than horlicks hey! Have a great night out Rach and dont worry - your boys will look after Wayne. Di xx

Hi Wayne & Rach, Crack open the Merrydown! Congratulations on little Harvey getting 3rd place in the photo comp - well done. x

Hello Di

Thanks very much for the congrats !!  That's really spooky that you sent a message just now - we had literally 5 mins ago said how we hadn't heard from you ...... weird!

The Merrydown and Jacques are already open - don't you just love Fridays!

So I'm off out again on a girls night out tomorrow - leaving Wayne home alone again (might need to hide the absinth this time)

All well here - Harvey is growing like crazy but his eye is totally better now thank goodness.  Jester spent the day at the vet yesterday though - he has a lump on his throat which has gotten bigger over the last month so we thought we'd better check it out - he was sedated for an ultrasound and had a few needles stuck in but luckily turns out to be just a fatty lump.  Felt so sorry for him when he got home - he was totally out of it - falling asleep standing up bless him BUT after a good nights' sleep he's back to his usual self

How are things with you?  Hows the Chucklehead going - must have nearly drunk it all by now  Is Lilia ok?  Let us know

Rach

Hi Wayne

Love the new profile pic, mind you all your pics are fab.

How are you and your trio of trouble makers going?

Hiya Ali, Thanks for that , my lot are fine thanks, (I think/hope!)

Harvey had a bit of a lump on his eyelid but it's virtually gone now, Willow is good, we're a liitle bit concerned about Jester as we have noticed a bit of a lump on his throat under his skin which has got bigger over the last couple of weeks. He is fine in himself but we're gonna take him to the vets hopefully later today if we can get in just as a precaution.

How's you and Cooper (and Lizard), good I hope? He's a beautiful looking dog, I love his markings, you have some great pics in your gallery. Anyway, best get on with some work I suppose . Speak soon, take care.

Hi

I'm sorry to hear Harvey's not well. I hope he's ok. Cooper has a little lump on his neck too, we spoke to the vet about it on the weekend (poor little guy's had an upset belly). She thinks it's just similar to an ingrown hair from the training collar that we use. His normal collar is fine because it's padded but the training collar we use to walk him must rub a bit.

Hopefully Harvey's will end up being something minor like that too. Let me know how he goes though. I'll be thinking of him.

Other than his upset belly last weekend Cooper's great. He passed his obedience test on Sunday so I was very proud of him Lizard is good too, he's acutally been out a lot over the last week. We didn't see a lot of him last year, he stayed in hiding with Cooper have just moved in. I think he must be used to it now because he's out most of the time. I'll have to put some pics of him up. Cooper loves him, can't quite work out what he is, but is very intrigued.

Give Harvey a cuddle from us. Hope he's ok.

Ali & Cooper.

Hiya Ali,

It's Jester who we were worried about, Harvey is fine, he had a lump on his eyelid but it has disappeared now, spoke to his breeder and she said it was related to him teething and vivid (Vicki) on StaffyClub said much the same thing.

Jester on the other hand had a lump under his skin on his throat which has grown over the last couple of weeks. Anyway to cut a long story short(ish), we took him to the vets yesterday evening, they had a look at it and recommended an ultrasound scan.

We took him in this morning, they performed the scan, didn't think it was anything to be concerned about but as a double check they wanted to take a needle biopsy. They did this later in the morning but all they found were fatty deposits and said it was

nothing to worry about.   We now have a very sleepy boy, will give him a cuddle fro you both when I get home from work. Thanks for your kind thoughts, it's nice to hear.

Hope Cooper's belly gets better, that's another thing Jester gets too regularly!

Looking forward to seeing some pics of lizard too!

Take care, speak soon,

Wayne, Rach, Jester, Willow & Harvey

I'm so glad to hear he's ok Wayne. I can imagine the load that's taken off of you. It's just so worrying when you don't know what's wrong with them.

Cooper's much better now too.

I'll try to take some new pics on the weekend.

Ali.
