i have always had dogs in my life only the 2 i have now have been staffys tho who i love dearly. it all started when i was 14 i always wanted a pet for myself and my parents said to me on my 14 birthday if you want a dog u can aslong as you get a saturday job to pay for its upkeep which i was more than happy to do, so i got a job in a local shop and the following wk i had my new puppy called jessie a colie, she was a dream dog easy to train i taught her loads of tricks and loved taking her out for long walks. she lived a full and happy life but she sadly died at the ripe old age of 15. they say u never forget ur first she will always be the a star to me RIP JESSIE X X X

it always makes me laugh when i am at home stacking brodie my bitch she is so into standing and focusing the min she knows we r finished she bounces around to the cupboard where her treats are.

i hate ppl who dog fight just like every one elso who loves there dogs, but also i cant stand watching young kids mostly lads with there mates with dogs that are to strong for them to handle ie staffy's,,rotty's, pitbulls, and many more strong breeds. it for the dog sake cus if the dog got into a fight then thats who would get a bad name the dog not the iresponsible handler. i strongly think there should be a law to which ages can walk certain breeds, to protect our dogs reps. my dog staffy was about 13 months old when 2 collie attacked him, he was on a lead but the other dogs wernt, we both went on our way after a heated discussion around this feild and this other owner made a point to come back over with them off the leads again and mine was still on his lead, but they got to close, and me telling the other person to get them away, my dog had both of them which appals me because it not the dogs it the owners that need educating. no wonder why some ppl think staffys r responsable which aint the case at all. my dog from then on hates any dog which saddens me very much i dont want him to be like this so if anyone has any suggestions please help.
