Hi Lucy, I'd strongly recommend looking on the KC site for breeders in your area (or there are some on here) they normally have their dogs health tested and are usually very selective in their choice of stud dogs, so they produce puppies which are a good representation of the breed with very good temperaments. Check out the forum for advice on the choosing puppies. I knew nothing when I first had mine but there is so much involved, its been a real eye opener.
