Hi Paula, good to hear from you, yes I know heron x, an uncle of mine had a shop for yrs in fenton, and i went to college in shelton which isnt to far away. I've moved around the country a little, hereford, derby, ramsgate, london and am in towyn now just outside Rhyl. My oh surprised me last week by beginning the process of us emigrating to New Zealand! I'm still in shock! Speak soon

Paula im sure you will get the hang of it pretty soon, I only joined in January and I have met some really nice people and love looking and learning about all the lovely people and their staffs, you should also go in the forum, where you can have a laugh, ask for help or put your experiences forward, there is also a chat room thats a good laugh in the evenings.
