Just thought I would say hi, Benson is so gorgous Why do they say that black and tan is not a standard colour, Benson is fab, true to the staffie how old is he. My old dog was Black and Tan and most thought he was a rotti but he was a lab/german shepherd.
hi. your dog looks goreous to. i think its because they are not to a show standard, i'm not sue really!! lol many people think that benson is crossed with a rotti because his markings are identical to one - especially as a puppy. But he's a pure staffy with a good pedigree to prove it - had to take it with us on his first visit to the vets as he didn't believe that he was a staffy coz he breeds rottys lol
Know what you mean my last dog looked like a rotti X with a tail. he was infact a pure cross between a black lab and a German Shepard. He was a fab dog he died just over 10 years ago and I had him for 21 years. Still miss him loads, but Im smitten with Bullit my first staffie and definately not my last, were on the hunt for a pup bitch.

don't be fooled by the picture that is only one of them. that is Lilly and she has just turned one and is a lovely girl but can still have mad moments lol. Mia is nearly 10 so she is pretty laid back, but then I have Riley and he is only 3 1/2 months and he is a little terror, much worse than either of the girls were, but I am sure he will learn in time. Hope it is before I go grey and pull all my hair out lol

Hi Kate, hope your little ones are improving now, there's nothing worse than having kids poorly is there, and they will pass it on to each other! Luckily both my charges are fit and well at the moment, but there is a lot of tummy bugs around at the minute, its closed a lot of hospital wards all over the country. Fingers crossed they are both back to normal sooner rather than later, and they have got Benson to cuddle up to in the mean time. Speak soon, Lynne x
