Hi Clare-hope you are doing ok-along with the handsome Stanley. Are you off work at the moment-because of the school holidays-I know every bodies kids are off different times-my daughter is off for 2 weeks at the moment. xxxx
Hi Clare.Hope your enjoying your time off.I went back to work today after having time off for a knee operation,it's nice to get back to normal. I know what you mean about staffie prejudice. When Leo was about 11 weeks old i took him to one of our local beauty/dog walking spots and he was quite happily playing with a schnauzer until it's owner asked me what breed he was, when i told the woman he was a staffie she promptly put here dog on the lead, made her excuses and left. How strange people can be!!! It's just too much bad press.People get bitten by dogs everyday but you only hear about staffies, rotties and dogs like that biting people. It's so wrong. Anyway, what are you going to do with the rest of your time off? speak soon.
Hi Clare.I suppose teaching 16 to 18 year olds isn,t too bad.My eldest is 16 next month and he's fairly good.He doesn't have the attitude that most kids his age has but i do have to remind him that he's still a child every now and then!!! Yes my days are filled between going to work,2 kids, lots of other animals, 2 dogs to walk and care for and er,oh,a husband!!! There are so many nice places to take the dogs locally,i try to take them somewhere different most days otherwise it gets boring, for me,let alone them! I have to be careful though,as soon as i see someone on a bike or a jogger i have to put Leo back on the lead otherwise he'll chase them. Most people will moan at me,i got told off the other day by a jogger who Leo nearly knocked flying. He doesn't want to bite,he just wants to play,i don't know how to stop him from doing it.Any clues please? &nb sp; Do you have anything planned for your 2 weeks off, lots of doggy walks and putting your feet up?Make the most of it.Speak soon.Take care.
