Hi Jai, Glad you feeling a bit better today it will take time but you'll get there. I know how you feel Sooty one of my old cats died 3 years ago and i still think about her now (Helga was with me when she died) I said I wasn't having any more animals. Then Helga found 2 kittens on the park I had one and she kept the other now I am back up to 5 cats and 1 dog(at moment). take care thinking of you Jan x x
