tia is now 16 weeks old and has stopped eating her own poo but when we go out on or off the lead shes eating or trying to eat every pile of poo we come across (not everyone cleans up after their dogs).anyone got any advice on this,thanks maxine
tia eats dog poo when we go school ,fox poo when we go on the field and yesterday she went bradgate park where the deer are and she ate that not come across horse poo YET.she was micro chipped on friday and the vet said try a water gun in her face so i think ill try that xx P

Eating other dogs poo is worse becaue you dont know what in it
I fill a spray bottle with pure lemon juice, with some very hot chilli oil or make your own by blending 10 hot chillies as fine as you can, then add the lemon juice 2 cups blend some more, then strain through some old stocking or coffee filter. and each time my dog went for the poo, i would first yell!! ah no! followed by a spray of lemon juice over the poo. It is will take a few times for her to the message, but she will relate the poo to something hot and tastes very bad.
Be careful not to get any of the spray on her or in her eyes
