Hi Chantal, Yeah too much energy that was after an hour and a half walk! She did nearly have me off my feet (nothing unusual in that!) but she enjoyed it! Di xx

Oh Di, thanks for the giggle hun, i came in from work feeling exhausted and you and lilia have made my day again you do have your hands full don't you hun, i wish i could say the same but skye is mostly quiet on her walks, we don't tend to have deer or bales of hay around here and we have not seen any dead birds yet, carl tends to take a ball out with him so she will chase it for a bit then get bored all she seems to be interested in at the moment is looking for food, honestley it is driving me nuts she has been like it since we cut her meals to 2 a day about 2 weeks ago proper little scavenger she is when i take her out its dark now but i have met a chap whom has a browm labrador which oddly enough is also called sky, she is a beautiful dog and the 2 of them get on great, which is a bonus. but on friday when i'm not at work we do go for a long walk , just the 2 of us, and the most exciting thing so far is a crow or squirrel, a couple of weeks ago she chased this squirrel and disappered into some woodland, i went off in hot pursuit just in time to see it run up a tree and skye running head first into the tree and .looking dazed i sat her down and explained you cant climb trees darling, with her head going from one side to the other, thank god no one else was around otherwise the men in the white coats would have been on their way skye seems to be in a funny mood this evening, just whinning for no appparent reason, i keep telling carl off as he is asking her what's wrong baby? honestly he fusses over her more than me, not that i am jealous, it is just not in my nature at all. spk soon hun chantal x
Hi Chantal, Thank you i was kidding myself that everbodies dog got into scrapes when i really knew it was only mine now you've confirmed it for me! Its really weird cos all day shes as good as gold at home on her own - even when i pop back lunchtime she so laid back i think she saves it up. On the whole she is quite entertaining but just sometimes i would like to go out, have a walk and come home. I tried taking a ball on a string the other day but after a couple throws she was bored and wouldnt let go again! Poor Skye fancing running into a tree - i know what you mean about the lecture! I worry about anyone listening to me talking to lilia! Shes chased a few squirrels too then paws up the tree.Its nice shes got a new friend Skye II. Tell Carl to get a grip (LOL) no seriously believe me you're lucky to have a man who loves your dog. These furry babies certainly know how to turn it on dont they? Nice to hear from you - speak soon.
Hi Chantal, hope you are all ok. This may make you smile this is one evenings walk with madam. Lilia Chased a sweet 12 week old pug cross and nearly knocked it out playing with it. Chased a jogger, licked his legs , undid his shoes, tried to chase after him after i put her on her lead for 10 mins, terrorised six deer, found a dead bird, carried it for a while then rolled in it, went into a field where they had bales, tried to take net wrap (plastic cover) off them and pulled the straw out, Got home got her ball on a string and whacked it against my leg, i put her in the living room so i could clear up the mess in the kitchen only to find that she had chewed up the coconut matting inside the door which is set into the carpet, Apart from that ive had a quiet evening. Im more shattered than she is! Is Skye over exhuberant on walks? Lilia is non stop - what can i do next? Not that im complaining shes great but it would be nice to have the odd normal walk! Hope you, Carl and Skye are ok. xx
