Hey every1, Long time no see. I no i havent been about much lately but thought i would get back in touch. As you have read in the title im extremly sad at the moment, We have had to sell both our pups . For personal reasons we cant keep all four dogs anymore. It was a hard decision to make but it had to be made as for the reasons we are selling them it wouldnt have been fair to keep them. But we have found 2 GREAT homes for them. Samson has went to a little girl who's staffy was stolen on her and she was so very upset and i no she will take really good care of him. Her mother phoned the day after to say he had settled in well and was following her daughter everywere(glad to no hes missing us ). And Delilah is going to a family with two boys today, who love her loads who only live down the road.

I know Sam and Dee will be very happy in their new forever homes, unfortunitly i am the one that is upset. But it is all for the best. And who nos maybe wen we get back on our feet and now that we have the room, we can rescue more staffs one day. But only if i no we can defo care for them. You will be glad to no that Evo and Evie are very much staying with us, we ARE their forever home.

Well people just to let you know that i think Evo has broke my hand LOL as sum mite know i am trying to give Evo advance training, but he hasnt quite mastered not jumping up on the sofa. He thinks thats his place and no matter how much i reinforce the rule it hasnt kicked in yet, everything else is great and he'll do know problem!

Anyways getting back to the broken hand, i had just brought him in from his walk b4 i started the training and 1st thing he dun was jumped up on the sofa and i certainly didnt want a soaking wet dog on my couch!! so i took him off but he kept jumping (this is a ritual now) so i was blocking the sofa for about the 5th time (dont worry he does give up after a while lol) and he went to jump up i stuck out my hand to block his jump and my hand big time connected with his head, and by f**k its as hard as the road!!!!! it was sooooo painful!!!! i had to walk out of the room so i wasnt showing any weakness to him and my OH continued on with the 'no couch rule' lol i lay on my bed cluching my hand for about 20mins b4 i could go back into him (didnt stop me doin the rest of the training tho which we got on really well with)

So now i cant move my fingers on my left hand and they are black lol worst of it is i broke my right had in december and its only just got better, so hopefully toes crossed (hehe) its not broke!!!

Well me my OH and Evie and the 2pups were in the vets getting their last injections, and there was this most beautiful Bullmastiff there. Evie had been put back in the car while we waited to pay with the pups. Well when the mastiff was called he refused point blank to go into the vets room, they eventually got him in. We were sitting in the waiting room, and all we heard was this almightiful thump against the vets door. the woman that owned the dog was in the waiting room with us her OH brought the dog in. I obviously asked all sorts of question like how old he was, wat his name was, how much he weighed etc, he was three and weighted 10stone, she told me that she cant walk him own her own wat they have to do is put 2leads on him and each of them hold one, she said that he pulled ligaments in her shoulder and knocked her out once when she asked for his paw!! well by the time he came out i was standing at the desk with Delilah about 4feet away from the door in which he came out. and i thought oh sh*t this pups a gonner. lol well to my suprise the mastiff couldnt get far enuf away from the pup, and as a pup it was all curious and was sniffing and walking towards it well the dog near died, it was banging into walls into people trying to get away from the 5kg pup, we all had to laugh at him cuz he near took the door off its hinges trying to get away. but again he was absolutely gorgeous!!! and the build of him was unreall!!!

Ok, I am totally raging, and shaking with anger at a phone call i am just after, i rang up a dog training place that i found in the yellow pages that says in their advert they except all breeds. well when they were making the advert they must have forgotten about the staffordhire bull terrier breed, as when i phoned and told her that the dog i was looking to train was a staffordhire bull terrier, she got really ignorant and hung up on me, she said that no definitly not and i tried to say they he wasnt argressive just needed that wee bit more professional training she said, no not interested in a nasty tone and hung up i was even given time to plead my case!!! i was in the rite mind to ring back and say she should change her advert to all breeds except for staffordhire bull terriers but i am trying to raise above it, but it is really hard, iv had to turn off my phone so i wont make that call!!!! it prob seems abit stupid how much it has angerd me but she spoke to me as if i was a physcopath.

Now dont get me wrong she might be afraid of the breed or had a run in with an arrgessive staff b4 i totally understand that but she didnt need to be so rude, she could have just said nicely look im sorry but we dont take that breed on, as a safety thing or something like that, not jump down my throat, as if i was a leaper.

Didnt manage to get out on them today as around were i live the roads are terrible so i was goin to go to the park, but my OH decided to climb a mountain this morning instead and took the car so just went for a walk with the dogs.  was really looking forward to it lol!!! why do men mess everything up lol???

hopefully get out tomoro if the weather stays nice

HAHA my roller blades came this morning!!! lol cant wait till me and Evo try them out on saturday!!! Gonna be a good laugh!!! Either that or every1 is just gonna be laughing at me!!! lol Aww Evos gonna love it!! no more slow walks! Ill prob end up loving it more that him! I no im gonna be wearing them but i got them more so for him and his walks!! LOL ill let u's no on saturday how many cuts and bruise's i come back with lol

Took Evo & Evie to a local lakeside park and golf course on saturday, the walk was fine but evo was pulling like mad cuz we werent walking fast enuf we walked and we walk to burn some of his energy but it wasnt working he just kept pulling . So we went back the nxt day and decided that we would take one for the golf buggys (my mum works there so we didnt have to pay) and let evo and evie run beside us, at the start my OH wasnt sure about it as evo doesnt walk in a straight line he weaves all over the place, so i had to talk him into letting evo run beside us, i told him i would start off slow........ good news is Evo LOVED IT!!!!! he didnt run infront of us he stayed at the side of the buggy the hole time, it was great!!! evie enjoyed it too but shes a dream to walk anyways, we got them home and for the 1st time ever Evo was tired!!!! So we are gonna make it a weekend thing, and during the week im just gonna have to have the arm pulled out of me training him too walk proper!!! lol
